Peter Stern possesses a Rod of Rulership.  He hasn't used it yet.  But he will.  At just the right moment.  His other half is Alicia.

David gave Peter a prison tattoo of a hydrogen atom.  Now Peter's tough enough to frighten muggers away with nothing more than a hard sneer.

Peter's first day of work at Shakespeare & Co. was August 14th, 2003. He broke the power in eight states and half the province of Ontario, denying electrical service to 50 million people in order to have a half day off.  He went home with David and drank all his quickly warming beer.
