Shirley and Irv Kanode had Jenny in Mesa, AZ on July 11, 1980.
She has no brothers and sisters. She has two Aunt Barbs, one on each side. An Uncle Emerson and Uncle Chuck (married to one of the Barbs). And two cousins, Matthew and Brett. One Grandma (Carol Deutscher), Step-Grandpa (Bob Deutscher) and her Grandfather (Harry Short) also consider her family. I (Mom) know Jenny will greatly miss having her Grandpa and Grandma Kanode at the wedding who loved her very much. We miss them.
This was probably taken in July of 1983, the year Jenny threw an epic temper tantrum at her birthday party because she got the wrong Sesame Street doll.
These are her cousins Matthew and Brett.
During this later trip to Indiana, Jenny remembers watching a lot of American Gladiators with Brett in their Grandparents' living room.
Barb, Mom, Grandpa, and Jenny. They all love having their picture taken.
The following pictures were taken this week, May 14, in Indiana by Jenny's Mom.
Jenny's Aunt Barbara. (Mom's sister and mother to Brett and Matthew)
Matthew Wyse is Jenny's cousin. He deals Hold 'em in a Casino and is the
consort of lovely Lamanda.
Jenny's cousin, Brett-formerly fishing buddy, may have convinced her to drink
Matthew's small bottle of Brut when she was 3, and some other kinds of
trouble when they were older (but who convinced whom they are not telling) .
Brett is a restaurant manager and Jenny's husband
(the cute blonde below) and father to the two redheads below.
Jenny and Lamanda, the females who keep Brett and Matthew in line, and are excited about the trip they are planning to NY for Jenny's wedding.
Carly, Brett and Jenny's princess.
Brett, son of Brett and Jenny, only agreed to stop hiding from the camera when asked to show his missing teeth.
Jenny may have more in common with her Grandpa Short than she thinks.
Mordicai was born on April 15 to Judy Burke. He has a younger sister, Alyssa.

Okay, Mom. Yes, I realize I have grandparents, and I'm glad they consider me family. I just hadn't dealt with it yet because half of my grandparents are dead, and the other half won't be coming/don't use the internet to know that they've been slighted.

You are being overly-sensitive. You must feel guilty...Just seemed a little strange to have not mentioned them. It was no big deal. Please let let the "Good Jenny" come back now.
